Maksym (Max) Ivashchenko

I'm a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 9 years of experience shipping production web applications. My career has taken me from Kyiv to the U.S., delivering software for enterprise clients like Citibank, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Demandbase, joining Cepien AI as founding engineer, and most recently returning to healthcare tooling at Andor Health.

In the past two years I've gone deep on AI engineering — building and tuning production LLM agents with tool use, tool routing, sub-agent orchestration, and context mapping, then optimizing them for latency and token cost via prompt caching, context windowing, and model routing across fast and reasoning tiers. I've architected and shipped five AI-native applications end-to-end, from data pipelines and LLM orchestration through frontend and deployment, using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to move at startup velocity without giving up production quality.
